Hyderabad, Sept. 8: Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar’s recent remarks describing Hindi as a national language have sparked a debate on social media.
The comments came while discussing his upcoming film Original Monster, which is being made in Kannada and Hindi.
Shiva Rajkumar is set to enter the Hindi film industry with the R Chandru directorial. Speaking about his Hindi dialogues, he said Hindi was his second language and that he could speak it easily.
He also described Hindi as a “national language” that could help connect with audiences.
