SSC exams to begin from May 23

Hyderabad, May 16 (Maxim News): The much awaited exams of the year, SSC exams would commence from the 23rd of this month. The authorities of the school education department have decided to use CC TV camera surveillance to monitor the conduct of the exams .

The authorities have said that 2.15 lakh students from GHMC limits would appear for the exams . The director of the School Education department of the state has already issued certain guidelines for the usage of the CC TV cameras. The guidelines have been issued by keeping in view of question paper leakage incidents in some of the states of the country including neighbouring Andhra Pradesh state . The state authorities of the department have already gathered details like the presence of the CC cameras in all examination centres and their present working condition.

In GHMC limits , a total of 941 examination centres have been set up . The officials found that these centers have only 604 CC TV cameras . Keeping this in mind, they have decided to set up the CC TV cameras in all the remaining 337 centres. They asked the school managements to set up the cameras at the earliest. (Maxim News)
