SSC Paper Leak Case: Bandi Sanjay Arrested

SSC Paper Leak Case | Hyderabad, April 5 (Maxim News): Telangana State BJP President Bandi Sanjay Kumar was arrested for his alleged involvement in the leak of the SSC Hindi examination question paper and the case has been booked on him under Cr.PC Sections 420, 120(b), Section 5 Prevention of Malpractice Act, charges have been registered under sections 154 and 157 as per FIR.

The arrest was made after he was detained from his residence in Karimnagar, just hours before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to the State. Police have added the name of Bandi Sanjay as the accused in the paper leak case. The police allege that Bandi Sanjay was part of a conspiracy in a paper leak case.

Cases have been registered against the BJP State President in two police stations. Police have registered charges of conspiracy to leak Telugu and Hindi 10th exam papers. One case was registered in Karimnagar 2 town. Another case was registered in Warangal Kamalapur, Warangal CP Ranganath confirmed the arrest of Bandi Sanjay to this extent. He revealed that he was arrested on the night of April 4, and the FIR was registered at 12.15 midnight.

Looking at the key points in Bandi Sanjay’s FIR, the police have made it clear in their copy of the FIR that Bandi Sanjay has been arrested as a preventive measure so that the examinations of the students are not disturbed.

Similarly, the police stated in the FIR that Bandi Sanjay gave notes on paper leakages in Vikarabad and Kamalapur. The police have written in the FIR that they made provocative comments to the students, behaved in a way that disturbs the peace and security, and called on the BJP leaders to stage dharnas near the examination centers. Bandi Sanjay has registered in the FIR that he has called for agitations to disrupt the conduct of Class 10th exams. In this order, these cases were registered in two police stations. (Maxim News)
