Officers said no external injuries were found on either body. Therefore, officials began to examine other possible causes of death. During the preliminary probe, they suspected that the two men may have died due to a possible overdose of steroids. Meanwhile, reports indicated that both had recently been using certain bodybuilding substances. This detail has now become a key part of the ongoing inquiry. The police said they would check all related information to confirm whether the suspected overdose played any role.

The bodies were shifted to Osmania General Hospital for autopsy. Officials said the medical report will confirm the exact cause of death. Until then, investigators will continue to gather evidence. The case has already been registered, and further investigation is underway. Officers also spoke to people familiar with the two youths. They hope this will help build a clearer picture of their recent behaviour. However, they stressed that no conclusion can be drawn until the postmortem results arrive.

The incident has created deep concern in the area. Residents said the sudden deaths of two young men shocked them. Police presence remained at the location for several hours as they examined the auto rickshaw. They also checked nearby areas for any clues. The suspected steroid use has raised questions about the growing trend of unregulated bodybuilding substances. While the investigation continues, officials are focused on identifying what exactly led to the tragic deaths.
