Strongly Condemned Attack On Revanth Meet: Bhatti Vikramarka

Hyderabad, Mar 1 (Maxim News): Telangana Pradesh Congress Legislature Party (TPCLP) leader, Bhatti Vikramarka strongly condemned the attack by the ruling BRS activists of Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao on the Haath-se-Haath Jodo Padyatra held by TPCC President Revanth Reddy at Bhupalpally.

Addressing the media persons, Bhatti Vikramarka said that the attack on the main opposition Congress party was undemocratic. He said that the Constitution of India has given every political party the right to express their views freely in a democracy.

Bhatti Vikramarka said that ruling BRS leaders should realize that the culture of physical attacks is not good in a democracy. He demanded that the perpetrators of the attacks be punished according to the law. He said that it is deplorable that the Congress workers were attacked in the presence of the police. He said that the attack on the Congress House in Bhupalpally shows that the police acted in favor of the ruling party. He said that the police should realize that in a democracy no one is in power forever. He said that it is good for society if the police perform their duties impartially. (Maxim News)
