Student Dies After Hitting Parked Tractor
Huzurabad/Hyderabad, Oct 27 (Maxim News): Tragedy struck in Huzurabad, Karimnagar district. A degree student died in a road accident in Huzurabad town this morning. It seems that the accident occurred when a municipal tractor parked on the road to pour soil in the dividers on the way from Huzurabad to Jammikunta hit him from behind.
According to the police, Vemulawada Akshay Sai (18) of Kakatiya Colony in Huzurabad town is studying a degree in a private college in Karimnagar. He was going from Huzurabad to Rangapur village on a bike to bring his friend. In this sequence, a municipal tractor was parked in front of the Galaxy Supermarket in Huzurabad town. The staff was pouring soil in the dividers. Akshay Sai, who was coming on a fast bike, hit it from behind without noticing the tractor parked there.
Akshay Sai suffered serious head and body injuries in the accident. Immediately after the accident, locals rushed Akshay Sai to the nearby Huzurabad Area Hospital. However, doctors had already confirmed that Akshay Sai had died. It seems that the municipal staff had carelessly parked the tractor on the road in the morning to pour soil on the dividers.
However, the relatives of the deceased allege that the tractor was not visible until they arrived nearby as it was snowy and dark in the morning, and at least the staff did not put up any barriers to indicate that the tractor was parked there. The family is mourning the death of the student. Meanwhile, the police have registered a case and are investigating the road accident. It is reported that the accident occurred due to the failure to install proper warning boards while parking the tractor on the road. (Maxim News)
