Hyderabad, Feb 12 (Maxim News): The bird flu outbreak is spreading across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, leading both state governments to impose strict restrictions on poultry and egg supplies.

Hyderabad, Feb 11 (Maxim News): The Telangana government has tightened border checks to prevent bird flu from spreading into the state. This comes after a suspected outbreak in Andhra Pradesh, which has led to an increase in chicken deaths.

Special Chief Secretary to the Animal Husbandry department Sabyasachi Ghosh has asked the authorities to keep a close watch on the spate of deaths of poultry birds in the State in recent times.
