Delhi liquor scam

The Delhi Liquor Scam case took a turning point,  CBI has issued an order making BRS MLC Kavitha an accused. Kavitha was told to attend the hearing on February 26 after revising the 41A CrPC notice given so far.

Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 5 (Maxim News): Hearing on the petition of BRS MLC Kavitha challenging the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summon in the Delhi Liquor Case by the Supreme court has been adjourned the next hearing to February 16. 

New Delhi, Feb 5: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday apprised the Supreme Court that BRS MLC K. Kavitha is avoiding the summons issued to her by the anti-money laundering agency in the Delhi excise policy case.
