Siddipet/Hyderabad, Dec 19 (Maxim News): In a rare gesture by a politician, Former Minister T Harish Rao has decided to mortgage his own house in Siddipet to help a PG medical student to get an educational loan.

In a tragic incident, a postgraduate medical student lost his life, and three others sustained serious injuries in a road accident near Jubli Nagar in Karimnagar rural mandal during the early hours of Tuesday.
