Talasani Visits Pearl Garden, Assures Victims Of More Aid From Govt
Hyderabad, Nov.11 (Maxim News): Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today said the State government will provide help to those injured in fire accident in Pearl Gardens function hall in Golnaka near Amberpet here.
Along with local MLA K Venkatesh, the minister inspected the incident spot. He said the GHMC has announced Rs 2 lakh ex gratia to family members of those died in the fire mishap. Owner of the Pearl Garden is absconding and will be punished, he added. “I will take the issue to the notice of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for more help to the victims”, he said. Yadav asked the officials to provide better medical services to the injured. He also consoled the kin of deceased families on the occasion. The government will bear all the expenditure to shift bodies to their native places, he said.
Talasani visits Kacheguda Rail Station
The minister later made a visit to Kacheguda Railway station where a rail collision took place. He enquired with the Railway officials on the incident. The railway officials, who are inquiring the case have informed the minister about how the incident took place. Srinivas Yadav has asked the officials to provide better treatment to those injured.
