Coimbatore/Hyderabad, April 20 (Maxim News): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that NTR and MGR were very close friends. He recalled that they both started the Telugu Ganga to bring water to Tamil Nadu.
In the wake of the assembly elections, he campaigned on behalf of the NDA partner parties in Coimbatore, Tamil nadu.
Tamil is still spoken in the Chittoor and Tirupati areas. My marriage also took place in Chennai. The country will get water security with the interlinking of rivers. If everything works out in the future, the Godavari-Krishna-kaveri rivers should be interlinked. This will be possible only through Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We should not have parties that do not care about the interests of Tamils. Only the NDA wants the development of Tamil nadu and the progress of the country,” Chandrababu said. (Maxim News)
