Telangana Budget 2026 | Hyderabad, March 20: The government led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will present the annual budget for the financial year 2026-27 in the Telangana Assembly today.
The government has completed all arrangements for the budget presentation.
Earlier in the day, the state Cabinet will meet at 9:30 am. The meeting will take place at the Assembly Committee Hall.

The Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will chair the meeting. During the meeting, the Cabinet will approve the budget proposals for 2026-27.
After the meeting, the Chief Minister and other ministers will go to the Assembly. Later, at exactly 12 noon, Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka will present the budget and deliver his speech in the Assembly.
At the same time, Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy will present the budget documents in the Legislative Council. Therefore, both Houses will take up the budget process simultaneously.
According to available information, the government prepared this year’s budget with an estimated outlay between Rs.3.15 lakh crore and Rs.3.22 lakh crore. However, the final figures will become clear only after the official presentation.
The budget is expected to outline the government’s financial plans and spending priorities for the coming financial year. Meanwhile, members of the Assembly are expected to discuss the proposals after the presentation.
