Telangana Congress Leaders’ Izzat Barbaad: None Got Seat In CWC

Hyderabad, Aug 21 (Maxim News): The Telangana State Congress leaders were disappointed and felt that they have lost their pride (Izzat Barbad). It has become clear that they are not worth a visa at the head office. Not even a single leader from the state got a seat in the Congress Working Committee (CWC) which the party considers very important.

The CWC Board which gave place to former Minister Raghuveera Reddy from Andhra Pradesh, where the party was wiped out, did not consider even a single leader from Telangana. Among the five states, which is going to the poll, Telangana is one among Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Mizoram.

Damodara Raja Narasimha and Vamsichand Reddy in the list of special invitees will not have the status of members even though they have been given a chance in the list of permanent invitees for the committee meetings. They are spectators in CWC meetings

The efforts made by the leaders of Telangana for a seat in CWC were in vain. Senior leaders Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy, Uttam Kumar Reddy, and TPCC President Revanth Reddy lobbied the elders of Delhi for a seat in the CWC, but nothing was done. Apart from them, MLA Seethakka in the ST quota, Sampath Kumar, Mallu Ravi in the SC quota, V. Hanumantha Rao, and Madhuyashki in the BC quota also tried but the administration took them lightly.

Keeping in view the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, the state leaders hoped that they would definitely be given an opportunity in CWC. Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, who was disappointed in his hopes for the post of TPCC president, was once again disappointed as he did not get a seat in CWC.

Opinions are being expressed that Telangana Congress leaders are not being cared for by the leadership and are being treated as scrap.  Arguments are being heard that Telangana leaders are not given a seat in CWC because they have no knowledge of the subject.  Opinions are being expressed that state Congress leaders not getting a place in CWC is a shame not only for them but also for Telangana.  There are claims that the Congress leadership has been looking down on Telangana since the beginning.  If the leadership has love, why Telangana is not given the priority given to other states? It is noteworthy that there is no room for Telangana leaders in the committees but the Congress leadership is eager to come to power in Telangana.  The leaders of the party are angry that how can Congress get a seat in the state if they do not get a seat in the committees.  The leaders of their own party agree that not getting a place on the CWC list is a failure of the Telangana leaders.  Many leaders are questioning how to work for a party that does not recognize their region and their leaders.
