Hyderabad, July 24 (Maxim News): Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla appreciated the theme of the patriotic short film Hum Desh Premi during a meeting with a delegation at Raj Bhavan (Lok Bhavan) on Friday.
The delegation presented the official poster of Hum Desh Premi and briefed the Governor about the film’s objectives and its proposed nationwide social awareness campaign.
The delegation included Major General N. Srinivas Rao, Major General Naozar B. Patel, Anuradha Rao, Gaurav Senani Gopu Ramana Reddy and Dr. (Hon.) Yogesh Raj Srivastava.
Dr. Yogesh Raj Srivastava said Hum Desh Premi is more than a patriotic short film. He explained that it is part of a nationwide campaign promoting voluntary blood donation and organ donation, dedicated to the Armed Forces and their families.
According to the delegation, the initiative aims to encourage citizens, particularly young people, to contribute to society through blood and organ donation while strengthening the values of patriotism, humanity and social responsibility.
After hearing the presentation, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla appreciated the humanitarian objective of the campaign and conveyed his best wishes for its success.
During the meeting, Major General N. Srinivas Rao also briefed the Governor on the social welfare activities undertaken by the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha Telangana for serving soldiers, veterans and the wider community. He also outlined the organisation’s future plans.
The delegation expressed confidence that Hum Desh Premi would inspire citizens across the country to support voluntary blood donation, organ donation and national service through social responsibility.(Maxim News)
