Telangana Govt Auctioning More Lands In Kokapet

Hyderabad, Aug 7 (Maxim News):  Telangana government headed by the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao auctioned some more lands in the Kokapet land auction, which was going on at present.

The auction for Mokila lands is going on today, the price is at a record high. The Telangana Gvernment is auctioning 50 plots in two sessions, 25 plots were auctioned from 11 am to 2 pm today, and 25 more plots are being auctioned from 3 pm to 6 pm.

In the morning session, the highest price per yard was Rs. 1.5 lakh.  the price set by the government is only 25 thousand per yard.  But, more than that, the price is high.  The KCR government will also auction the Shabad lands on Tuesday (August 8)  (Maxim News)
