Telangana Health Department Invites Transfer Grievances Until May 31

Hyderabad, May 30: The Telangana Health Department has asked government doctors to submit grievances and requests related to the ongoing transfer process on or before May 31, 2026.

The department issued the notification as part of the statewide transfer exercise covering doctors working under various health wings and institutions. Officials clarified that only online submissions will be accepted and that no extension of the deadline will be granted.

The move aims to ensure transparency and provide eligible doctors an opportunity to raise concerns before the transfer process reaches its final stage.

Telangana Health Department Transfer Process Underway

As part of the exercise, the Telangana Health Department has published lists of doctors who have completed four years of service at their current postings. The department has also released details of clear vacancies across different cadres under various Heads of Departments (HODs).

Officials said the published data will help employees make informed requests regarding transfers and postings.

Doctors serving under the Directorate of Medical Education, Directorate of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, and AYUSH departments are covered under the ongoing transfer process.

The department has advised employees to carefully review the vacancy positions and submit their grievances through the designated online platforms before the deadline.

Online Submission Mandatory for Transfer Requests

Health officials reiterated that offline representations will not be considered under any circumstances. Therefore, all requests, objections, and grievances must be submitted through the official online portals.

The department has also urged employees to follow the prescribed guidelines and complete the process within the stipulated timeframe.

The transfer exercise forms part of the government’s efforts to streamline staffing patterns, fill vacancies efficiently, and improve healthcare service delivery across Telangana.

Meanwhile, officials are expected to examine the grievances received and finalize transfer orders after completing the review process.

Doctors seeking modifications in postings, corrections in service details, or other transfer-related issues have been advised to submit their representations before May 31 to ensure consideration.
