Telangana Heatwave Alert | Hyderabad, April 26: Telangana will face severe heat for the next three days. Weather experts warned that temperatures will rise sharply from April 26 to April 28.
North Telangana districts will see the worst conditions. Temperatures may touch 45°C in several places.
Officials named Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Mancherial, and Nizamabad among the hottest districts.
People in these areas may face strong heat and dry winds.
Telangana Heatwave Alert in Hyderabad
Hyderabad will also see intense summer heat.
Some parts of the city may record up to 43°C during the next three days. Hot winds may increase discomfort across the capital.
Officials urged people to stay indoors during peak afternoon hours. They asked citizens to avoid travel between 12 noon and 4 pm unless necessary.
People should drink enough water and wear light clothes. Doctors also advised people to watch for signs of heatstroke.
Children, senior citizens, and people with health issues should take extra care. However, relief may arrive from April 28.
Rain with thunder may start first in south and west Telangana. Later, showers may spread to Hyderabad and other districts.
These rains may lower temperatures and ease the heatwave. Emergency teams are watching the weather closely.
