Telangana IAS Transfers | Hyderabad, April 26: The Telangana government continued its administrative reshuffle on Saturday and issued another set of IAS transfer orders.
The General Administration Department released G.O. Rt. No. 542, dated April 25, 2026, announcing fresh postings in GHMC and district administration.
The latest orders mainly focus on key zonal commissioner posts in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
Telangana IAS Transfers in GHMC
- P. Uday Kumar (IAS 2016) moved from Arogyasri Health Care Trust and took charge as GHMC Zonal Commissioner, Golconda.
- Badhavath Santhosh (IAS 2016) shifted from Nagarkurnool Collector and became GHMC Zonal Commissioner, Khairatabad.
- Narayan Amit Malempati (IAS 2022) moved from Miryalaguda Sub Collector post and took charge as GHMC Zonal Commissioner, Serilingampally.
- Vikas Mahato (IAS 2022) shifted from Bodhan Sub Collector post and became GHMC Zonal Commissioner, LB Nagar.
- Mayank Singh (IAS 2022) moved from Kataram Sub Collector post and took charge as GHMC Zonal Commissioner, Kukatpally.
- S. Srinivas Reddy, who served as GHMC Zonal Commissioner, Charminar, shifted to GHMC Zonal Commissioner, Rajendranagar.
- Officials said the transfers aim to strengthen urban governance and improve civic administration in Hyderabad.
The reshuffle comes at a time when GHMC is focusing on sanitation, monsoon preparedness, road repairs, and public services.
The government has issued two major IAS transfer orders on the same day, indicating a wider administrative restructuring across Telangana.
