Telangana: Rs. 2,500 Bribe For Uploading Ration Card
Kothagudem Bhadradri/Hyderabad, June 22 (Maxim News): An incident occurred at the Burgampahad tehsil office in Bhadradri Kothagudem district when ACB officials caught a typist red-handed while accepting a bribe for the upload process related to a ration card.
A person from the mandal approached CH Navkrant, a computer operator working at the Burgampahad Tehsil office, regarding the upload process of a ration card. He demanded Rs. 4,000, but an agreement was reached for Rs. 2,500.
On Saturday, while he gave a bribe of Rs. 2,500 to a typist in the office, ACB DSP Ramesh and his team caught him red-handed and took him to Warangal. (Maxim News)
