Hyderabad, Oct 23: The Director of School Education released the SSC (Class 10) final examination fee payment schedule, setting clear timelines for students, headmasters, and district authorities.
Students can pay the exam fee to their school headmasters from October 30 to November 13.
Schools must then remit the collected fees online by November 14 and submit details to the DEOs by November 18.
The schedule includes structured late fee options. With a late fee of Rs 50, payment will be accepted until November 29.
With a late fee of Rs 200, payment will be accepted from December 2 to December 11. With a late fee of Rs 500, payment will be accepted from December 15 to December 29.
Therefore, candidates who miss the regular window still have defined grace periods to complete payment.
Officials emphasized that students should pay only through their school headmasters within the stipulated dates.
Headmasters have been instructed to ensure timely online remittance and accurate reporting to district offices. Meanwhile, schools should guide students and parents on the applicable late fee slabs to avoid last-minute issues.
Then, DEOs will verify submissions as per the prescribed deadlines.
The department framed the timeline to streamline collections and data consolidation ahead of hall-ticket generation and center allocation.
Also, the phased late fee windows are designed to reduce crowding and support those who need extra time.
