TGSRTC will operate special services until February 1 to handle the heavy rush of pilgrims. A temporary bus station has been set up at Medaram, and buses will run from multiple locations across the state, including Hyderabad.

The corporation expects nearly 20 lakh pilgrims to travel by RTC buses during the Medaram Jathara period. This increase is attributed to the Mahalakshmi scheme, which allows free travel for women. All eligible women pilgrims will be transported free of cost as per state policy.
