Three Inter-State Drug Suppliers Held: Drugs Worth Rs. 7 Lacs Seized

Hyderabad, Sept 20 (Maxim News): The sleuths of Telangana State Anti Narcotic Bureau with Pahadishareef Police apprehended 3 persons who were found in possession of drugs i.e charas and ganja in the limits of Pahadishareef Police Limit, Rachakonda, seized drugs worth Rs. 7 lakhs from their possession. 

According to the Superintendent of Police, TS Anti Narcotic Bureau, Hyderabad,  the accused apprehended are 1) Hyder Ekbal Siddi Makva  Age: 35 Years, R/o Ghansawangi, Jalna Dist, Maharashtra State. 2) Mustak Shah Age: 35 Years, R/o Ghansawangi, Jalna Dist, Maharastrata State. and 3) Syed Javeed, Age: 50 Years, R/o 3-56, Pahadishareef,     Rachakonda and seized charas 1030 grams, ganja 2 kgs and cell phones 3. 

The accused Syed Javeed who is a resident of Pahadishareef is a local peddler and procures the Charas & Ganja from his known sources i.e. 1) Hyder Ekbal Siddi Makva and 2) Mustak Shah @ Mustak who are the resident of Jalna, Maharashtra State by contacting them on his mobile phone and used to sell the same to the needy customers in Hyderabad, Rachakonda Commissionarates and surrounding areas and earning money illegally.         

On credible information on 19.09.2023 when the accused persons 1) Hyder Ekbal Siddi Makva and 2) Mustak Shah @ Mustak came to Pahadishareef to supply Charas and Ganja to their known peddler Syed Javeed the sleuths of TS NAB along with Pahadishareef PS staff apprehended them and seized 1030 grams Charas, 2 KGs Ganja from their possession worth Rs.7 Lakhs and registered a case in Crime No.568/2023 U/s 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act-1985 of Pahadishareef PS, Rachakonda.
