Three Types Of Models Of Indiramma Houses Ready: CM Revanth

Hyderabad, Jan 8 (Maxim News):  The Congress government will provide financial support under the “Indiramma Illu (Indiramma Houses) scheme for the construction of houses for the homeless poor in the state.  

The Housing Department officials have designed three types of house models and handed them over to the government.  these three designs of different dimensions are currently under consideration by the government, the government has to choose any of these three design  

It may be recalled that the Congress government has announced that they will provide financial assistance of Rs. 5 lakh to those who have their own land to build a house.  However, it needs to be clarified whether this assistance will be provided only if the house is constructed according to the model selected by the government. 

Out of the three house models prepared by the authorities, one is in the single bedroom system, while the other two models are related to the double bedroom houses.  In these designs, the officials have clearly mentioned the width, length and height of every thing from entry door to the wash room.  

More than 25 lakh applications has been received in the recently held Praja Palana program,    The applications has been accepted under the six guarantees that the Congress government promised to implement.  Officials estimate that more than 25 lakh applications for financial assistance for house construction have been received. 

Meanwhile, the government has started a program to make all the applications received in Praja Palana online district wise.  In a few days it will be know how many applications have been received for any scheme.

From this, the number of applications received for “Indiramma Houses” will also be revealed.  After determining how many people are eligible, the government will release the guidelines for the implementation of the scheme.

Plinth Area:  506 sq. ft.

Carpet Area : 430 sq. ft. 

Two bedroom, hall, kitchen.

SECOND MODEL

Plinth Area : 560 sq. ft. 

carpet area:  419 sq. ft. 

Two bedrooms, hall, kitchen. 

THIRD MODEL 

Plinth Area : 390 sq. ft. 

Carpet Area 323 sq. ft.
