Traffic Challans Website Crash On The First Day

Hyderabad, Dec 26 (Maxim News): Continuing the previous BRS government introduced a new concessional scheme to collect traffic challans. It is now being continued by the Congress government from December 26 i.e. from today till January 10, pending challans can be paid with concession. 80 percent discount is given to two wheelers and 60 percent discount is also given to cards and other big vehicles.

The government thinks that the motorists will get some relief and to the government it will generate income.

The Motorists raced to pay traffic challans from this morning. This caused the e-challan website to crash. After entering the vehicle number of the site, the details are not showing. Consumers are dissatisfied with this and requested the traffic police to solve the problem immediately.

It may be recalled that in 2022, the previous government implemented to collect long pending traffic challans, with this decision, a huge amount of money has accrued to the state exchequer. Motorists gave an unexpected shock to the police, people have paid the challans which were pending since time immemorial. Rs. 300 crores have been deposited in the state exchequer due to the pending challans.  (Maxim News)
