Traffic Jam in Hyderabad Due to Ganesh Nimajjanam

Hyderabad: The immersion of Ganesh idols continues for the second day. The procession which started on Thursday morning, took place on Friday too.

The traffic in the surrounding areas of Tankbund as well several parts was affected, especially that of school and office goers.

The police deployed as part of bandobust tried to ease the traffic but the spillover continued.

Mozamjahe market, Nampally, Abids, Narayanguda, Basheerbagh, Khairatabad, and Liberty are witnessing congestion of traffic.

The traffic advisory is to avoid the immersion procession routes.
