Hyderabad, Jan.7 (Maxim News): TRS today suspended its party leader Vanama Raghava son of MLA Vanama Venkateshwar Rao for alleged involvement of a suicide case in Palvancha of Bhadradri Kothagudem district. The TRS supremo and With Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao directions, the TRS leadership took action and suspended Raghava from the party membership with immediate effect. TRS working president and Minister K T Rama Rao reportedly took a decision suspending Raghava from the party immediately.
The Chief Minister reportedly sought a report on suicide incident which led to a political furor in the state. The opposition parties staged protests and slammed the government for failing to take action against Raghava who is absconding. They charged that the CW was protecting Raghava for being the son of the ruling party MLA.
The police faced ire from the congress, BJP, CPI, CPM and people for failing to take action against Raghava. The police are looking out for Raghava for failing to surrender despite his father’s promise. (Maxim News)
