Two-Day Holiday For All Govt. And Private Offices

Hyderabad, Nov 28 (Maxim News): The stage is set for the Telangana Assembly Elections. In two more days, that is, on November 30, elections will be held across the state. Officials have already made all the arrangements for this election.

In this connection, the Chief Electoral Officer, has issued orders to declare a holiday for all government, private establishments and IT companies across the state on November 30. It has been ordered that all the organizations must give leave to the employees working in the respective offices to exercise their right to vote.

He warned that legal action will be taken against the organizations that do not give leave. The CEO said that during the last elections (2018 Assembly, 2019 Lok Sabha) they received complaints that some organizations did not give leave. To the extent, instructions have been issued to the Labour Department to examine whether all organizations have given leave for this election.
