Two Killed, Three Hurt As Car In Minister’s Convoy Overturns

Hyderabad, Nov.24 (Maxim News): A vehicle in the convoy of Minister for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Errabelli Dayakar Rao overturned on the outskirts of Cheetur village under Lingala Ganapuram mandal on Saturday night around 11.30 pm and the driver of the vehicle and minister’s social media in-charge died on the spot.

The deceased were identified as Parthasarathi, 40, and Tangellapalli Poornender, 27, social media in-charge and three others — minister’s PA Shiva, personal security officer Naresh and attender Tata Rao — sustained injuries. While Shiva and Naresh were admitted to the Jangaon Area hospital, Tata Rao was shifted to Gandhi hospital in Secunderabad.

According to the sources, the incident occurred when the minister was going to Palakurthy from Hyderabad. While the minister was in the first car, the victims were in the second car. (Maxim News)
