Two women with gold held at Shamshabad airport
Hyderabad, Oct.13 (NSS): On Wednesday, the AIU-C batch of Hyderabad Customs officials detained two women passengers identified as Nahith Sultana, (PP no.R5287619) and Organs Begum (PP no. P74744869) Indian nationals, arrived from Dubai by flight EK-528 (STA at 20.25 hrs on Wednesday.
Both the passengers were trying to smuggle the gold in the check-in bag. The 24-carat gold valued at Rs 74,02,500 weighing 1410 gram has been seized from each and booked a case and released the both passengers at about 13.30 hrs. (NSS)
