Hyderabad: An unidentified man was found brutally murdered in Hyderabad’s Vanasthalipuram area on Sunday morning, sending shockwaves among local residents.
According to the police, the victim’s body was found lying on the roadside near the ART Theatre, close to Panama in Vanasthalipuram. Local residents noticed the body and immediately alerted the police.
Police teams rushed to the spot and, during the preliminary investigation, found multiple stab injuries on the victim’s body, indicating that he was murdered with a sharp weapon.
The body was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital (OGH) mortuary for post-mortem examination and has been preserved for identification, as the deceased has not yet been identified.
The Vanasthalipuram Police have registered a murder case and launched an investigation to establish the identity of the victim, trace the accused, and ascertain the motive behind the killing.
Officials are examining CCTV footage from the surrounding area and collecting evidence as part of the investigation.
