UoH Faculty Selected As Regional Representative Of YESS Community

Hyderabad, Nov.27 (Maxim News): Feba Francis, a Ph.D. student at the Centre for Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences, University of Hyderabad work under the supervision of Prof. K Ashok, has been elected as a Regional Representative for South and East Asia in the YESS Community (Young Earth System Scientists) for 2020-21. The community is an Early-career Researcher initiative by the United Nations World Meteorological Organisation.

YESS Community is headquartered in Argentina and focuses on researchers working in Earth system sciences and its allied interdisciplinary fields, including social and natural scientists, and has members from over 80 countries. (Maxim News)
