Vande Bharat Train Between Secunderabad-Nagpur To Be Launched Soon

Hyderabad, May 30 (Maxim News): Officials expect to introduce another Vande Bharat Express train between Secunderabad-Nagpur soon.

Vande Bharat Express is expected to run at a maximum speed of 130 km per hour. Currently, two Vande Bharat Express trains are running, one between Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam and the other between Secunderabad-Tirupati. These are running at 100 percent occupancy rate throughout the week. The south Central Railway (SCR) said that due to the demand, the reservations in these trains are filling up, with the success of these two services, it is known that Indian Railways is planning to introduce the Vande Bharat train between Secunderabad and Nagpur in the next few months. It is reported that Indian Railways is planning these services in collaboration with SCR authorities.

Around 25 trains are alread6y running between Hyderabad and Nagpur. Both cities are centers of trade and commerce. However, all are express trains are not superfast trains. Much trade takes place between the two cities. The journey time of regular passenger trains is around 10 hours. Officials expect the same Vande Bharat train to reduce the travel time to 6.30 hours.

The distance between Secunderabad and Nagpur is about 581 km. It usually takes 10 hours to cover this distance. Now Indian Railways is trying to reduce the time from 10 hours to 6.30 hours by introducing new Vande Bharat train. This train is expected to run from Secunderabad via kaxipet, Ramagundam, sirpur, Khagaj nagar and Balarsha. Vande Bharat Express is likely to leave nagapur at 6 am and reach Seucnderabad at 12.30 pm and return at 1.30 pm to reach nagpur at 8 pm on the same day. An official announcement is likely to be made in this regard. (Maxim News)
