Tirumala/Hyderabad, APRIL 28 (Maxim News): Vice President of India CP Radhakrishnan visited the Lord Shiva temple in Tirumala on Tuesday. The Vice President was given a grand welcome by priests and officials at the temple gate.
After visiting the Lord, the scholars presented the Vedasirvachanam, a picture of the Lord, and theertha prasadam to Radhakrishnan at the Ranganayakula Mandapam. Minister Ramnarayana Reddy, TTD Chairman BR Naidu, EO Ravichandra, Additional EO Chowdary and others were present at the event.
Rs.20 lakh donation to TTD
Telangana BJP state president N. Ramachandra Rao’s daughter Amuktha and son Awanish donated Rs.10 lakh each to TTD Venkateswara AnnaPrasadam Trust. To this extent, the donors handed over donation DDs to Additional EO C.H. Venkaiah Chowdhury at the TTD Additional EO Camp Office in Tirumala. TTD Board Member Bhanu Prakash Reddy participated in the program. (Maxim News)
