PM Modi | India must stay prepared like during Covid
Modi said India must stay ready for global challenges. He recalled how the country handled the Covid-19 pandemic. Similarly, he said India must prepare for possible economic pressure from the conflict.
He explained that global wars often affect India. This happens mainly because India imports crude oil and gas from the region. Therefore, the government is focusing on supply security.
Government taking precautionary steps
Modi said the Centre is reviewing developments on a regular basis. He added that officials are working to prevent disruptions. He also said India has handled such global shocks before.
Moreover, he said the government will take steps to protect citizens from economic stress. He stressed that preparation remains the best defence in uncertain times.
