In the complaint, the mother Sabera begum said that Nikkah was performed on December 21, 2013 and she along with her daughter went to Makkah on February 4, 2014 on Umrah visa and after performing Umrah she came back leaving her daughter with him as he promised that after Umrah visa expires he will make her Iqama.  later she came to know that they were staying in an apartment in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Since her daughter’s marriage Ali Hussain Aziz Ul Rahman used to tort7ure her daughter and never allowed her to even see through the window or go out anywhere.  She was not allowed to speak with us freely.  Whenever she spoke to me, her daughter used to cry on the phone and wanted to come back but was not allowed.  Meanwhile she gave birth to three children named Abdullah 11 years, Khatija 9 and Ayesha 4 years.  Recently her daughter came to know that her husband was married to another girl Sadia Aqtar, 17 years a Bangladeshi National and brought her on a three months visa and started living with her in the same house in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.  The day when Sadia Aqtar came as a bridge was beaten very badly by Ali Hussain claiming that she is not a virgin.  Later my daughter came to know that he had bought that girl by saying twenty thousand Riyals.  he used to lock both wives and children in the house and go out.
