‘We Can Do More’: Rajnath Singh Warns Pakistan
Delhi/Hyderabad, May 29 (Maxim News): ‘We could have done more if we wanted to. But we stepped back with the intention of sending a message of restraint to the world. We have set an example,’ Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has once again warned Pakistan.
Despite Pakistan’s provocative actions during ‘Operation Sindoor’, India has shown restraint and our army has decided to demonstrate strategic coordination before the world, Defence Minister Rajnath singh said.
Addressing the CII Annual General Body Meeting held in New Delhi today, Rajnath Singh stressed the dual objectives of national security and self-reliance, and praised the ‘make in India’ initiative in strengthening India’s defence preparedness. He said everyone has seen how we first destroyed terrorist camps and then enemy military camps and air bases. Rajnath said that India’s military response to the terror attack in Pahalgam, ‘Operation Sindoor‘, was a measured and decisive attack.
Whenever there are talks with Pakistan in the future, they will be only about terrorism and Pakistan-occupied kashmir. Rajnath announced that there will be no discussion with Pakistan on any other issue. The people of PoK are our family members. We firmly believe that our brothers, who are geographically and politically separated from us, will one day definitely return to the Indian mainstream, Rajnath said. Despite being separated for decades, the emotional and cultural bond between the people of PoK and India is strong. (Maxim News)
