We Will See Them In Court: Harish Rao On KTR’s Arrest

Hyderabad, Jan 7 (Maxim News): BRS party senior leader and MLA Harish Rao responded to the High Court’s dismissal of the quash petition filed by KTR in the Formula E-race case and gave the green signal for the investigation. he clarified that he would discuss with our lawyers and decide whether to go to the full bench or the Supreme Court on the High Court’s single bench verdict.

Harish Rao revealed that he will cooperate with the ACB and ED investigation as per the High Court’s orders.  He said that there is no escape.  He criticized that the case against KTR was filed as a part of partisanship.  Let KTR be arrested, there is nothing to fear, said Harish Rao.  There was no corruption in the Formula E car race case.  Not even a penny went from the government to the Greenco company, why should we be afraid of investigation when there is no corruption, said Harish. Harish Rao clarified that KTR is ready to face the investigation.  

Harish Rao said that more such cases may be filed in the coming days, pressure may come, but there is no turning back.  Harish Rao expressed the opinion that illegal cases are being filed because it is protesting against the six guarantees.  

Harish Rao predicted that the Formula E race case is a botched case, and it will not stand up in the courts.  Harish Rao explained that the Formula E car race was held for the brand image of Hyderabad.  This was not done for personal gain.  Harish Rao revealed that there is on ACB inquiry on January 9.  KTR will be present for the inquiry that day.

Harish Rao said, “if KTR is arrested, let him do it.  We will decide in court.”(Maxim News)
