We Will Show You In Telangana Assembly: BJP MLA Rakesh Reddy
Hyderabad, Mar 11 (Maxim News): Reacting to the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy propaganda alleging that BJP has not done anything for the state of Telangana and no funds was brought, BJP MLA Rakesh Reddy said that we will show the government what we have done in the Telangana Assembly Budget Session and that we have nothing to do with the Governor’s speech.
Interacting with the media persons today, he said that for the first time, we will clarify the issue of CM Revanth Reddy based on the points in the Governor’s speech. Before making excuses against the central government, he should talk about the promises made by the Chief Minister. Before that, an all-party tour was organized in Kaleshwaram. Now, if the government has the courage, an all-party tour should be organized on the government’s performance in more than 12,000 villages in the state. They said that they would come.
MLA Rakesh Reddy said that they would talk about those sleeping in the farmhouse (obviously addressing former CM KCR). He said that they will talk about electricity, water, education, jobs, farmers, women, unemployed youth, and welfare schemes in the state as a party. If there was Rs. 800 crore before the separation of the state, then after 2014, the allocations have increased to Rs. 5 thousand crores. He said that we should discuss in the House how many thousands of crores of debt Revanth Reddy took after becoming the Chief Minister.
Meanwhile, Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar has instructed the concerned officials to take appropriate measures to prevent any agitation or protest on the assembly premises during the assembly sessions. The assembly budget sessions will begin on Wednesday.
In this context, Speaker Prasad Kumar held a review meeting with police and intelligence officials in his chamber on Monday on the management of the assembly and security arrangements. Legislative Affairs Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Legislative Council Chairman Gutta Sukhender Reddy, Vice Chairman Banda Prakash, CS Shanthikumari, and other officials participated in this.
Maintain A Peaceful Atmosphere in Assembly
Speaking on this occasion, the Speaker hoped that there would be a peaceful atmosphere inside and outside the assembly during the assembly sessions. MLAs and MLCs should ensure that there are no traffic problems so that they can reach the Legislative Assembly on time. The budget sessions will be held for longer days, and the government and officials should cooperate with these sessions as in the past. The officials were advised to provide the information requested by the members as soon as possible and to print the information in Telugu, Urdu, and English.
Legislative Council Chairman Sukhender Reddy said the officials of all departments should work together to conduct the sessions successfully. Ministers, MLAs, and MLCs should attend the sessions regularly. Legislative Assembly Affairs Minister Sridhar Babu said that the government would provide full cooperation for the smooth conduct of the session. (Maxim News)
