What Is The Use Of TRS Getting 16 LS Seats: Revanth Asks

Hyderabad, March.2 (Maxim News): State Congress working president A. Revanth Reddy today asked Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao what he would do if his party won 16 Lok Sabha seats in the State in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections.

Speaking to mediapersons in Siddipeta after inaugurating the party office, Revant Reddy alleged that the farmers of Ranganayaka Sagar were meted out gross injustice. He also alleged that the State government was filing cases against him as he was talking about farmers’ plight in the State. Pointing out that the Congress had won three States out of the five where elections were held recently, he said the people were ready to make a member of the Gandhi family as the next Prime Minister of the country.

Revanth also said his political rival and former irrigation minister T Harish Rao would not get ticket from Siddipet again. Revanth appeared before a court in Siddipet in relation to a case. (Maxim News)
