“Will Journalists Be Illegally Arrested For Exposing Public Anger And Opposition To The Government?” – KTR
Hyderabad, Mar 17 (Maxim News): Senior BRS leader K.Tarak Rama Rao (KTR) has sharply criticized the Congress government, accusing it of illegally arresting journalists who highlight public discontent and opposition to the government.
He said that after the Revanth Reddy government came to power, many journalists including Sudhir Reddy Srinivas Reddy, Gautam Gaud, Akola Srinivas Reddy, Shankar Gaud, Ranjith Reddy, Rajkumar Naik, Sarita Yadav, Vijaya Reddy, Reviti, Tanvi Yadav, and Shiva Reddy were wrongfully arrested.
KTR termed these arrests as an attack on media freedom and said that BRS will continue to struggle against these undemocratic measures of the government. (Maxim News)
