Hyderabad, Nov. 3 (Maxim News): A young man was allegedly stabbed to death and his friend seriously injured in a knife attack at H Block, Hafez Babanagar, in Hyderabad’s Old City during the early hours of Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Mashallah Omer, while his friend, Sayeed Bin Mahfooz, sustained serious injuries in the attack.
According to preliminary information, the two were allegedly called to the spot to discuss a house-related dispute, following which they were attacked with knives.
A person identified as Aman Qureshi has been accused of carrying out the attack.
Police have launched an investigation to establish the circumstances leading to the incident and identify those responsible.
Victim’s Family Appeals for Justice
The victim’s brother, Syed Rasheed, alleged that Omer was called to the location late at night and attacked in what the family believes was a planned murder.

He described the killing as senseless and urged the police to arrest those responsible without delay.
Rasheed also appealed to AIMIM Floor Leader Akbaruddin Owaisi and Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to intervene and help secure justice for the family.
The victim is survived by his wife and three young daughters, according to his family.
The allegations made by the family are yet to be independently verified. Police are investigating the murder and the circumstances surrounding the attack. (Maxim News)
