21 Bomb Threats To Gujarat: Female Engineer Behind Bars

Ahmedabad/Hyderabad, June 24 (Maxim News): Police have arrested a woman who made 21 consecutive bomb threats in Gujarat, claiming to have planted bombs in Narendra Modi stadium and BJ Medical college, terrorizing innocent people and intimidating security personnel.

Ahmedabad Cyber Crime Police arrested Rene Joshida, a female engineer working as a senior consultant in a multinational company in Chennai, from her residence in the Tamil Nadu capital. The police finally arrested Rene Joshida, who was found to have made a series of bomb threats. When the police asked her why she made the bomb threats, Hoshida’s answer shocked them.

Joshida said that the man she loved, Vijay Prabhakar, had married another girl and that she had created email IDs in his name and sent bomb threat emails to gain revenge against him. she said that she though he would be implicated in the threat email case. However, Joshida, who had taken all precautions to avoid being identified, made a small mistake and was caught, the police revealed.

He said that the woman had sent threatening emails to 12 states including Gujarat. She only thought that she was taking revenge on the man she wanted to marry, but forgot that thousands of innocent people were being terrorized by her actions. He said that strict action will be taken against her.

The cybercrime police revealed that Joshida sent 21 threatening emails to Gujarat alone, out of which 13 were sent to Narendra Modi Stadium alone. Similarly, she sent four emails to Geneva Liberal School, three emails to Divya Jyoti School and one email to BJ Medical college.

Police said that along with Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, karnataka, kerala, Bihar, Telangana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana are on the list of states that have received threat emails from Joshida. (Maxim News)
