Hyderabad, June 5 (Maxim News): The results of DEECET-2025, conducted for admissions to Diploma in Elementary Education (DEIED) and Diploma in Pre-School Education courses, have been released.
The results of the exam conducted online on May 25 for admissions in the 2025-28 academic year were released on Thursday by the authorities. 78.18 percent of the students qualified in this exam. A total of 48,815 people applied for this exam, and 33.321 appeared for the exam, out of which 28,442 (78.18 percent) qualified, the officials revealed.
Looking at the toppers by medium, Takkalpalli Haritha emerged as the state topper in Telugu medium with 77 marks. Pasunuri Abhinava Reddy with 87 marks in English medium and Faraz Ahmed with 67 marks in Urdu medium were the toppers.
Taking the toppers by medium, out of 19,900 students in Telugu medium, 15,478 appeared for the exam, out of which 11,288 (72.79 percent) qualified. Out of 22,051 students in English medium, 18,983 appeared for the exam, out of which 14,848 (38.94 percent ) qualified. Out of 1982 students in Urdu medium, 1884 appeared for the exam, out of which 530 qualified.
Counseling for filling seats in DEIED and DPSE courses will begin on the 9th of this month. Certificate verification will be conducted for candidates in 10 diet colleges in the state from the 9th to the 13th of this month. Web options can be registered from the 14th to the 17th of this month. It is reported that there are upto four thousand seats in more than 50 diet colleges across the state. (Maxim News)
