HC Gives Nod to Sharmila For T-SAVE Hunger Strike

Sharmila | Hyderabad, April 21 (Maxim News): The High Court of Telangana has given the green signal to YSRTP President Y.S Sharmila for the proposed T-SAVE hunger strike at Indira Park with conditions.

The High Court in its conditional permission said that the police should be informed 48 hours before staging a hunger strike. The High Court has further directed that the gathering should not exceed 500 people.

It may be recalled that the police denied permission to the one-day protest led by YSRTP Chief Sharmila at Indira Park on Monday to protest against the TSPSC paper leakage, citing traffic reasons, Sharmila, who reviewed this with the party leaders on Sunday, approached the court on the proposed hunger strike.

Sharmila said that her fight against unemployment will not stop after all the conspiracies of the government. She declared that she was ready to give her life for the future of the youth.

Sharmila has accused that peace and security have deteriorated in Telangana, and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao continues to rule as a dictator. If the Constitution of India is in force in the country, KCR’s constitution will be enforced in Telangana, she said.

She expressed anger that the opposition parties have no place in Telangana, they are attacking the opposition parties and KCR’s intention is to make the state without opposition parties. She criticized that the BRS leaders were attacking the opposition and there were only goons in the BRS party.

Sharmila accused KCR of cheating all communities in Telangana and of keeping the government machinery in the state by not caring if stray dogs attack and take the life of a girl child. He was angry that he was scolded as if he wanted to stand up for the people. Whoever speaks against KCR they will be put in the trouble and asked what KCR has done to Telangana in nine years. Sharmila said that neither the YSRTP nor the opposition has faith that the elections will be held smoothly. (Maxim News)
