Chaos In Kalyana Mahotsav Of The Balkampet Temple 

Hyderabad, June 20 (Maxim News):  There was chaos in the Kalyana Mahotsav of Balkampet Sri Renuka Ellama Temple (Balkampet Ellama Temple). The temple management and the police have completely failed to provide facilities for the devotees during the marriage ceremony

Although Minister Talasani’s relatives claim that they have made all the arrangements, the devotees are facing problems in queues without proper facilities.  Devotees are expressing their anger over the fact that the police are ignoring the stampede in queue lines.  An old woman got electrocuted and fell down in the queue. Devotees are expressing their impatience in organizing the wedding ceremony without even the minimum facilities.  

On the other hand, the wedding ceremony of Ellamma’s Goddess in Balkampet was held in splendor today morning.  On behalf of the government, Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav along with his family attended the wedding ceremony and presented silk clothes.  Every year on the first Tuesday of Ashada month, Balkampet Ellamma Goddess Kalyanam is organized with great pomp.  a large number of devotees gathered to witness the marriage ceremony of Ellamma’s Goddess.  The wedding celebrations of  Ellamma’s Goddess in Balkampet will end tomorrow with the utsavam.  (Maxim News)
