Hyderabad Police Arrested Dacoit Gang

Hyderabad, June 30 (Maxim News): The Commissioner Task Force North Zone Team and market Police Station Law and Order (L&O) Police of Hyderabad City have successfully arrested a dacoity gang involved in a major robbery. The gang was apprehended and gold biscuits weighing approximately 715 grams, with an estimated value of Rs. 45 lakhs were recovered.

The seized items include 8 gold Biscuits, weighing 715 grams, Mahindra Logan with registration number MH 01` AE 3985. The total value of the seized items was estimated at Rs. 45 lakhs.

According to Chandana Deepti, Deputy Commissioner of Police. North Zone, Hyderabad City informed that on May 27, a written complaint was received in Telugu from Vikas Khedeka, the 23-year-old manager of Siddi Vinayaka shop located n Pot Market, Secunderabad. The incident occurred on the same day at around 10.00 AM when the shop workers were busy with their tasks. At approximately 11.30 AM, five unidentified assailants entered the shop and posed as IT officials, displaying their ID cards. They forcefully took away the worker’s mobile phones, threatened them with dire consequences, and snatched 17 gold coins, each weighing around 100 grams, a total of 1700 grams. the value of the stolen gold was estimated at Rs. 60 lakhs. The assailants then confined the workers in a room by locking it from the outside and fled the scene.

The details of the accused are Amul Ganpathrao Jadhav aged 30 years, occupation: Gold shop Raipur, resident of Kahanpaur, Sangli District, Maharashtra state, Rushikesh Vinodh Jadhav, Rushikesh Vinodh Jadhav known as Sidhu or Sidharth Jadhav aged 25 years, occur: Household Article Seller, resident of Kepe (V) & district, Goa. Subham Vinodh Jadhav, known as Viky or Rahul aged 28 years, Occu: Household Article Seller, Sanjay Parusuram Jadhav, aged 27 years, occur Home Products marketing, resident of Sadashiva Nagar, Belgaum, Karnataka state.

The accused persons involved in the crime are Rahman Gafoor Athar, Zahir Ghani Athar, Praveen Yadav, Akash Arun Hovil, Abhijith Kumar Godike, Amol Ganpatrav Jhadav, Sidharth Jhadav, Sanjay nParsuram Jadhav.

Today, the police apprehended the accused individuals, Rahman Gafoor Athar, Zakir Ghani Athar, Praveen Yadav, and Akash Arun Hovil. they were found in possession of 573 grams of gold biscuits. On June 15, 2023, Abhijit Kumar Godike, aged 28 years, a resident of Khanapur, Sanghli District, Maharashtra State was arrested and 30 tolas of gold biscuits were recovered.

finally, today, the remaining accused individuals, Rishikesh Vinodh Jadhav, Subham Vinodh Jadav, Sanjay Parusuram Jadhav, and Amul Ganpath Rao Jadhav, were apprehended and gold biscuits weighing approximately 715 grams were recovered.

The arrest operation was carried out under the supervision of P. Radhakishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, and B. Ramesh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mahankali Division. The team led by T.Srinath Reddy, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone, along with Y.Nageshwara Rao, Inspector of Police, Market Police Station, and K.Srikanth, Inspector of Police apprehend the accused.
