Gujarat HC Verdict On Rahul Gandhi’s Disqualification Unfortunate: Niranjan Reddy

Hyderabad, July 7 (Maxim News): TPCC Senior Vice President G. Niranjan said that the Gujarat High Court’s verdict on Rahul Gandhi’s disqualification is unfortunate. We have full confidence that justice will be done in the Supreme Court.

Speaking to press persons at Gandhi Bhavan, today, Niranjan said that the growing popularity of Rahul Gandhi in the country cannot be stopped by false cases against him. he pointed out that we should not forget that Late Smt. indira Gandhi regained public favor and became the Prime Minister even after her Election was annulled. A careful examination of the precedents of this case reveals the conspiracy behind the filing of this case.

Addressing a public meeting in Kotar on April 13, 2019. Rahul Gandhi questioned why financial criminals like Nirav Modi have the word Modi next to their names. such questioning is not a crime.

However, BJP legislator Pumesh Modi, on April 16, 2019, filed a case against Rahul Gandhi in the Surat Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. why did Pumesh Modi, who filed the case, himself get a stay on the trial in Magistrate Court from the Gujarat High Court on May 7, 2022?

He alleged that as part of the conspiracy against Rahul Gandhi, the Lok Sabha Secretariat disqualified Rahul Gandhi on the very next day of the Court order. In an interview with a National channel, amit shah said that the petitioner mailed the judgment copy to Lok Sabha Secretariat on the same day and based on which the orders of disqualification were issued. Why the Lok Sabha Secretariat issued orders without waiting for the hard copy of the judgment? This also confirms the conspiracy angle involved in it, he said. (Maxim News)
