Telangana High Court Notices To AP CM Jagan
Hyderabad, Nov 8 (Maxim News): The Telangana High Court issued notice to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy in the illegal assets case.
A bench of Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice NV Shravan Kumar took up the hearing on the Public Interest Litigation filed by former MP Harirama Jogaiah in Jagan’s illegal assets case.
The High Court considered the amendments filed by Harirama Jogaiah and agreed to consider it as a public interest litigation.
Hariram Jogaiah has filed a PIL seeking an order to complete the investigation of the cases in the CBI court in the case of CM Jagan’s illegal assets. He said that orders should be given to resolve the cases before the AP Assembly elections in 2024. Later, the High Court issued notices to the defendants Jagan, CBI, and the CBI Court. (Maxim News)
