50 Beds For Treatment Of Corona Patients At Gandhi Hospital

Hyderabad, Dec 22 ( Maxim News): Superintendent of Gandhi Hospital, Dr. Raja Rao said that 50 beds have been arranged to treat the Corona patients who come with the new sub-variant of Covid. 

He said that all arrangements such as ventilators, oxygen, masks, sanitisation, disposable bed sheets have been prepared.   

Dr. Nagender, Superintendent of Osmania Hospital said that an isolation ward with five beds has been prepared in Osmania Hospital.  A special ward with 20 beds has been made available in Chest Hospital, Superintendent Mahbub Khan said that the beds have been arranged separately for both men and women along with an oxygen facility. 

In the fever hospital in Nallakunta, the tests for the diagnosis of covid have been started.  Since no one has come with corona symptoms for seven months, there is not much testing there.  Currently RTPCR tests are being done due to the fear of covid again.  Superintendent Dr. Shankar said that a ward with 20 beds has been made available to treat those who have tested positive of covid.  (Maxim News)
