After the earlier seven-day custody ended today, the ED officials produced Kejriwal before Special Judge Kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue Court.  The ED asked to hand over Kejriwal to their custody for another seven days for further investigation into the liquor case.  He was ordered to appear before Court on April 1 at 11 am.

The ED accused Kejriwal of recording his statements for five days while interrogating him.  The remand report stated that he did not disclose the passwords of the digital devices.  At the same time, the statements of three other persons were also recorded.  Earlier, Kejriwal himself presented his arguments in Court.  Only four witnesses mentioned his name in this case.  Are those statements enough to arrest a CM? He asked.
